Providing Aloha for many airlines

Ray Spencer will oversee all areas of aviation support services at Aloha Airlines.

That includes passenger, aircraft, maintenance and cargo services that Aloha provides to national and international carriers. He also will develop new business.

"We've really been growing for the past six or seven years," Spencer said.

"We're involved in passenger check-in, ramp handling, maintenance and cargo handling for more than 20 carriers," he said. Aloha also handles the customs paperwork for the carriers.

Spencer has 15 years in the airlines industry. He joined Aloha Airlines in 1986 and has been director of the Honolulu station, director-airports, director-cargo services and director-cargo services administration.

Spencer also worked for Pacific Air Express Inc. and World Airways Inc., and 10 years for Trade Wind Tours Ltd.
