HONOLULU DEPARTMENT OF LAND UTILIZATION: Site Plan Review Permit application by City & County of Honolulu for changing two single-family dwellings in Ewa Villages to house two Easter Seal Society of Hawaii's programs. Application available for review 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 650 S. King St. or at the Ewa Beach Mobile Satellite City Hall.

Site Plan Review Permit application by Waianae Pentecostal Church to construct a one-story classroom, a parking lot and perimeter landscaping at an existing meeting facility at 85-179 Waianae Valley Road. 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Hearing to consider variance requests by Emerson M.F. Jou to allow a single-family dwelling at 99-155 Nanu Place, Aiea to exceed limits; Stuart M. and Victoria Y. Cowan to allow a four-car garage and air conditioning equipment at 47-339 Mapumapu Road, Waihee to encroach into yard; Five Regents to allow a guardhouse at 2888 Ala Ilima, Moanalua to exceed limits; and Sagara Trucking, Inc. to retain a single-family dwelling at 1607 Mokulua Drive, Kailua that exceeds limits.

The following hearing will take place at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Ewa Beach Public and School Library, 91-950 North Road, Ewa Beach: Hearing for a request by the Mitsuyasu family for a Special Management Area Use Permit to construct a 26-unit elderly housing project at 91-603 Pohakupuna Road, Ewa Beach.
