DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH: Requests public comments on draft permit regulating emissions of air pollutants regarding BHP Petroleum storage tanks with vapory recovery system at 140-A Hobron Ave., Kahului, Maui. Draft permit is available for public inspection 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday, on Oahu at Clean Air Branch, Department of Health, 919 Ala Moana Blvd., Room 203; on Maui at Office of Chief Sanitarian, Department of Health, 200 S. High St., Wailuku.
