UH Wahine
host alumnae

All-conference players Dee Wisneski and Cheyenne Thompson head a roster of Wahine alumnae players who take on the University of Hawaii varsity softball team Saturday at the Rainbow Wahine softball stadium.

Game time is 5 p.m. Also expected to return for the alumnae are Audra Kaluau Chang, Nani Sua Vegas, Tracy Loo, Tamara Kaluau, Susan Nakashima and Catherine Brissette. Also, Danelle Haia, Anne Williams, Kelley Hupp, Dawn Hirayama, Julie Luft, Richie Tada and Heather Williams.

Hawaii opens the season with its own Preseason Classic, Feb. 7-9. Also competing will be Brigham-Hawaii, Chaminade, Hawaii-Hilo and Hawaii Pacific.

YOUTH SAILING CLASSES

The Hawaii Yacht Club will be conducting a novice sailing class for youngsters age 8 and up.

The class starts Feb. 23 and meets Tuesday's and Thursdays from 3:45 to 6:15 p.m.
