






U.S. Open champion Steve Jones and Mark Brooks, the winner of the PGA Championship, will join Tom Lehman, the PGA Tour's top money winner, in the 32nd United Airlines Hawaiian Open in February at the Waialae Country Club. Jones, Brooks, Lehman
in Bellinger Shoot-OutThey'll all be competing in the Johnny Bellinger Shoot-Out the week of the tournament, making it a near-repeat of this year's PGA Grand Slam of Golf.
The three competed in the $1 million event along with Masters champion Nick Faldo last month at the Poipu Bay Resort course. Lehman won the $450,000 top prize.
Also joining the 10-player shootout field will be Steve Stricker, who finished third in this year's Hawaiian Open before going on to win his first two PGA tournaments and finishing fourth on the 1996 money list with $1.38 million.
Entered earlier were defending champion Jim Furyk, Scott Simpson and David Ishii.
