Use Net to catch real net action

There are nets and then there are nets.

The women soaring over the net are on the University of Hawaii Wahine Volleyball team.

You can use another net, the Internet, to find out about the team before their match tomorrow for the national championship.

Go to http://www2.hawaii.edu/athletics/WVball/wvball.html.

Detailed biographies on the team are at http://www2.hawaii.edu/athletics/WVball/wvbrst.html.

Four of the young women have e-mail addresses, so you can send off a note of congratulations. Write to Angelica Ljungquist at ljungqui@hawaii.edu, Kelli Cordray at cordray@hawaii.edu; Nalani Yamashita at nyamashi@hawaii.edu and Aven Lee at avenl@hawaii.edu.

The championship is in Cleveland, and if you want to see what Cleveland looks like tomorrow, tune in http://www.xa.com/jregal/webcam.htm for a view of the city, updated every minute.

If you want to know more about volleyball, try http://volleyball.org which offers information on all aspects of the sport of volleyball; from beginner to professional, grade school to college.
