“Santa’s Circus Revue”: Santa arrives for a musical extravaganza at Kahala Mall, 9 a.m. Friday. “A Christmas Melody,” featuring bear musicians in tuxedos, on display through Dec. 24.

“Berry Merry Christmas”: The MOPO Bears perform Christmas tunes at Windward Mall on Friday, at 9:30 a.m. and 1:45, 5 and 7:30 p.m. Santa visits with kids Friday through Dec. 24. Call 235-1143.

Aloha Santa Workshop: Todd Vander Plyum’s 25-ton sand creation is on display through Christmas at Uptown Center Court, Pearlridge Center. The Pearl City Marching Band leads a Santa parade to the Uptown Center Court, 10 a.m. Friday. Kids can meet Aloha Santa Uptown and a more traditional Santa Downtown.

Tree Lighting Celebration: With Santa, 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Dole Cannery. Take a photo with Santa Friday through Sunday. Kids learn to make balloon men 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

Santa Booth: Hawaii Lupus Foundation offers photos with Santa as a fund-raiser, Friday through Sunday at Blaisdell Center, during the Island-Wide Handcrafters fair. Call 538-1522.

Hawaii Kai Christmas Parade: Community groups start at Kamilo Iki Park and march down Lunalilo Home Road to Koko Marina, led by Mayor Jeremy Harris, 10 a.m. Saturday. Santa arrives by sled at 10:45 a.m.; and the Christmas Show, with Sacred Hearts Academy Concert Band, Vocal & Dance Expressions, Chris da Pordagee Clown and Krash Kealoha, starts 11 a.m. Call 395-4737.

“Santa Teaches Us To Share”: The Keiki Kani Choir performs a mini musical 4 p.m. Saturday at the Ward Warehouse Amphitheater, and 6:30 p.m. Saturday during the Ward Warehouse parade. Choir performs 1 p.m. Dec. 1 at Pearlridge Uptown and 4 p.m. Dec. 8 at Ala Moana Centerstage.

Santa Parade: Choirs, marching bands, clowns, costumed characters and Santa head down Auahi Street toward Ward Warehouse 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Call 591-8411.

Tree-lighting ceremony: With former U.S. Sen. Hiram Fong and Emme Tomimbang, 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Market City Shopping Center. Call 734-0282.

Tree-lighting ceremony: 5:30 p.m. Sunday, the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua. Ka Hale A Ke Ola, Maui’s Homeless Resource Center, performs keiki hula. Call 669-6200, Maui, or 800-262-8440.

Pictures with Santa Paws: Pet photographer Stan Wright offers three photo packages, 3 to 9 p.m. Dec. 4 through 7 at Ward Warehouse. Bring pets on a leash or in a carrier to the Kakaako room. Costs $12; benefits the Hawaiian Humane Society. Call 946-2187 ext. 213.

Tree-lighting ceremony: Castle Medical Center hosts a musical program with Santa, 6:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at the hospital entrance, where Kalanianaole Highway meets Kailua Road. The program kicks off the “Light Up Kailua” campaign. Call 263-5163.

Wahiawa Christmas Parade: Entertainment begins at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 6 in the Wahiawa Town Center parking lot. The parade starts 7 p.m. from Ka‘ala Elementary School and travels up California Avenue to the Town Center, where Santa greets kids.

Christmas breakfast: The Friends of Kailua High School offer a breakfast with Santa, Dec. 7. Tickets $3.50 adults, $2.50 children. Call 524-0330 or 262-8151.

Mililani Christmas Parade: Concert 8:30 a.m. Dec. 7 at the Town Center of Mililani. The parade leaves the center at 9 a.m. and ends at the Mililani High School stadium. The Town Center has another concert, with entertainers from the Royal Hawaiian Band, Mililani High School Band and other groups, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Call 732-7211.

Kaneohe Christmas Parade: Grand Marshall Lokelani Lindsey leads the parade, 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 7. The route starts from Haiku Road and Kamehameha Highway, turns left onto Kaneohe Bay Drive and ends at Castle High School. Call 239-9003.

Gentry-Waipio Christmas Parade: 2 p.m. Dec. 7. Call Neil at 623-3170 or Randy at 671-4838.

Breakfast with Santa: Join Santa and his friends for breakfast or lunch, Dec. 15 at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center’s Aloha Showroom. Tickets $15; benefits PREVENT Child Abuse Hawaii. Call 591-3811.
