Harry Feliciano, 85, of Honolulu died last Saturday in Kuakini Hospital. He is survived by wife Louise; sons Kenneth and Stanley Montero; daughters Juliet M. Allgood, Mary L. Branco and Rita J. Albert H. “Frank” Fukushima, 62, of Hilo, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. facility controller, died Sunday in Las Vegas. Richard M. Igarashi, 66, of Mililani, a retired state Department of Agriculture plant quarantine inspector, died Wednesday in Queen’s Hospital. Lucille Burge, 50, of Mililani, an office clerk with Garlow Petroleum Inc., died Oct. 19 at Wahiawa General Hospital. Ethel Tomie Izawa, 73, of Pearl City, died Oct. 20 at Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi. Annie “Anna” Kaili Hind Kauka, 85, of Volcano, a 30-year employee of the federal government, died Oct. 23 at Hilo Medical Center.
