She replaces founder Pat Henrickson, who will become chairman and chief executive officer as she opens the company's new Los Angeles office.

Computer Training Co. is six years old. It uses six classrooms at 1001 Bishop St. to create custom computer training programs for several large Hawaii companies.

Green worked the past 51/2 years at Straub Clinic & Hospital in several roles including director of human resources. She spent 10 years at Great American Bank in San Diego before coming to Hawaii in 1989 and working one year at City Bank.
