“Women’s Comedy Show”: Nine comedians and musicians from the community tour Big Island theaters with a new program, Saturday through Nov. 2. Entertainers include R.J. Hampton, Janet Tracey, Angie Baker, Lynn Nakkim, Evyn Moss, Beth McKeen, Cynthia Linet, Sandy Lee and Rashida Oji.

The women will perform Saturday at the East Hawaii Cultural

Center, Hilo; Oct. 12 at the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility, which will become the “Puna Comedy Club”; Oct. 19 at Kilauea Theater, Kilauea Military Camp; Oct. 26 at Aloha Theater, Kainaliu; and Nov. 2 at the People’s Theater, Honokaa. All shows begin at 7:30 p.m.

“Dance and Multiculturalism”: Three Hawaii performing artists return from presentations in Melbourne, Bali and Jakarta with videos, 7 p.m. Sunday, Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii.
