Hawaii’s Race for the Cure: Register by Oct. 11 for the walk/run, 4 p.m. Oct. 19 at Restaurant Row. The Susan G. Komen Foundation fund-raiser for breast cancer research offers participants the choice of a 5K run or one-mile walk. Groups of five or more may register together for $15 per person. Call 973-5967.
