Art and music: Allegro Concert Orchestra presents “Spanish and Latin American Orchestral Classics,” Saturday, Paki Hale Mansion. Alma Latina celebration: The radio show celebrates 20 years on the airwaves with a dance/concert by the Latin Legends Band, Saturday.
