Suggested menus are:
Sauteed and grilled ahi tombo Monday and Thursday.
Curried eggs, frittata and brunch quiche Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
Sauteed salmon with capers, and grilled miso salmon Wednesday and Saturday.
Try a simple, low-fat recipe:
1-3/4 cups broccoli floweretsSpray 9-inch glass pie pan with vegetable spray. Place broccoli and onion in pan, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high 2 minutes; drain. Sprinkle ham and cheese on broccoli. Whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
