Ho'olaule'a & Wellness Health Fair: Featuring Kapena, Kanilau, Mix Blend and other entertainers, with sales of food, arts and crafts, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nanakuli Beach Park. Sponsored by Lualualei Lions Club and Waianae Military-Civilian Advisory Council.

Craft fair: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Kapiolani Park. Benefits the Arthritis Foundation.

Bowl For Kids' Sake: Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Maui offers team competition, food, prizes and a silent auction, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Aloha Bowling Center in Kahului. Teams consist of five bowlers, with each asked to raise a

minimum of $50 in donations -- the bowler who raises the most money wins a trip for two to Las Vegas. Sponsors for the fund-raiser are also needed. Call 877-6577, Maui.

Hawaii's Deaf Celebration: Workshops, exhibits and performances, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Aug. 3, Kapiolani Community College. Heart Walk: The American Heart Association fund-raiser begins and finishes at Kapiolani Park on Aug. 10. Participants in the 5.5-mile walk collect donations.
