LAND

Honolulu Department of Land Utilization: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, City Hall Annex, personnel conference room. Hearing on zoning variances to a utility installation which is not a permitted principal use; allow a directly illuminated ground sign, for a convenience store and accessory gasoline sales, on a zoning lot that does not qualify for a ground sign.


PLANNING

Honolulu Planning Commission: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, City Hall Annex,

550 S. King St., personnel conference room. Hearing to change from AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District to R-5 Residential District, A-1 Low Density Apartment District, I-1 Limited Industrial District, B-1 Neighborhood Business District, p-2 General Preservation District.
