
Kids get to try their hand at interactive sports activities at Bishop Museum.
It also introduces the Woody's Hot Dogs "Keiki Hawaiian Games," a competition for keiki ages 5 to 12 in four traditional Hawaiian games.
The day starts with a 9 to 11 a.m. Breakfast for Champions with an opportunity to meet Hawaii's Olympic champions, followed by games registration at 11 a.m., and competitions at noon. "Games" continue July 14, 21 and Aug. 4.
Visitors can also check out "SPORT," the museum's current interactive exhibit, featuring more than a dozen activities exploring the science of sports. Call 847-3511.
Registration is at 1 p.m., and there are four age divisions. Watch demonstrations of yo-yo tricks at 7 p.m. tomorrow and Saturday on Center Stage. Information: 942-8799.
