LAND
Hawaiian Home Lands Trust: 9:30 a.m. next Monday, Leiopapa A. Kamehameha Bldg., 235 S. Beretania St., conference room. Hearing on amendments to shorten the hearings and review process, encourage settlement of claims and more efficiently utilize staff resources.
City Department of Land Utilization: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, City Hall Annex, personnel conference room. Hearing on zoning variances to allow a single-family dwelling to encroach into the required side yard; to allow a second single-family dwelling, on a zoning lot that lacks twice the maximum lot area, which exceeds the maximum density; to allow expansion of a nonconforming group living facility that exceeds the maximum building area and increase nonconformity.
