The dinner, a benefit for the Easter Seal Society of Hawaii, features a menu prepared by some of Hawaii's best chefs.
The meal begins with hors d'oueuvres created by Greg Gaspar, Maui Prince Hotel, and Gary Strehl of Hawaii Prince Hotel. Next will come appetizers prepared by David Paul Johnson of David Paul's Lahaina Grill and Kelvin Ro of Kahala Moon. Salads will be the domain of Sam Choy and his son Sam Choy Jr. Entrees will be the work of Alan Wong and Oliver Altherr from Hoku's.
Dessert will be prepared by Jean-Marie Josselin and George Gomes Jr., A Pacific Cafe.
Participating chefs will introduce their dishes and be available to discuss them.
Appropriate wines selected by Richard Field will be featured.

The Symphony continues its "Cool Pops on the Light Side" at the Hawaii Theatre with "Na Leo O Hawaii" featuring Royal Hawaiian bandmaster Aaron Mahi on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
Also appearing is Hoku Award-winning Karen Keawehawaii, baritone Kaipo Hale, and Irmgard Aluli and her trio Puamana.
