Mary K.A. Du Pont, 71, of Waianae, a substitute teacher who also worked at Young Laundry & Drycleaning, died Sunday in St. Francis-West Hospital. She is survived by sons Richard K.S. Ching and Howard K. Du Pont; daughters Mary Pasco, Julieana Basug, and Sandra K.M. and Karen H. Du Pont; brothers Lucky and Brooks; sisters Carol Bento and Tamar Panee; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Service: noon Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary. Joseph P. Lindo, 76, of Honolulu, a Honolulu Chrome Shop retiree, died Sunday in Straub Hospital. He is survived by wife Janet H.; brothers Alfred P. Charles A. "Augie" Lobinger, 10, of Haiku, Maui, a student at Paia School, died Saturday at home. He is survived by mother Michele Doerwald; father Chris; sister Drew Doerwald; brother Bryce Doerwald; and grandparents Ted and Pat Lobinger, and Max and Joan Hershfeld. Services held. Edna M. Locke, 79, of Kailua died June 4 in Castle Hospital. She is survived by son Tim; daughter Linda Seed; sister Rita Thacher; and four grandchildren. Private services.

Frank Lopes, 76, of Kahului, a retired HC&S truck driver, died Tuesday in Maui Memorial Hospital. He is survived by wife Agnes T.; son Ralph; stepsons Stanley Borge and Alton Hoyle; stepdaughter Phyllis Seto; brother Edward; sisters Rose Cabos, Marion Gauteraux and Lucy Rall; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
