A waterfall cascades onto the Pali Highway on Sunday during a sudden cloudburst caused by a low pressure area that drenched Windward communities.
Meanwhile, things were drier but no less dramatic on the leeward side of the Koolau Mountains, where a pickup truck flipped on the H-1 freeway near the University offramp. No one was hurt but traffic was tied up until the car could be towed away.
