Event Marketing, Inc., a Honolulu based event and television production company, produces the annual event. The television production is designed, filmed and executed by Dynocomm Sports of San Clemente, Calif.
The television event, hosted by Phil Leggett and Peter Graves, is a 60-minute Prime Sports show featuring international professional mountain bike teams.
It is also included in the Hawaiian Sports Adventure television series on ESPN.

The fee for resident campers is $325 and includes instruction, dorm room and all meals. The commuter fee is $225.
