Lawrence D. "Roy" Gay, 70, of Kailua-Kona, a tour driver, charter boat commercial fisherman, manager of the Keahole Airport and World Square parking lots, and a termite exterminator, died May 9 at home. Gay, a U.S. Army veteran who served during World War II, is survived by wife Amelia M. "Ami"; son Charles K.; daughters Amelia Bray, Viola L. Harwood, Iola Matsuyama and Gayle K.
