Shark-Man!

When I am at the beach boogy-boarding
I feel like I am a shark.

Ikaika De Cota

Earthworm

I am like dirt.
Everyone steps all over me.
No one cares about my feelings.
I just lay there.
People just don't see me.

Candice Stetson

Power Tools

My teeth are like hammers,
Pounding my food
Strongest tool in my body
Ouch! next time
I'll try not to bite
A NAIL.

Shermick Doone

A birthday party

I went to a
birthday party.
Boom! bang!
loud music.
It's like
barfing
spilling
screaming
through
the scaring night.

Tony Do

Something in my heart

It's deep inside there I'm not sure what it is.
I can't see it. I think it's love
and love is blind.
Something in my heart.

Sharde Marshall

Bite! Chew, Crunch!

The strawberries giggled so much
that they fell off the bush.
So they ran to the sink for someone
to wash them so clean and
then BITE!!!

Jennifer Kaneshiro

Instruments of poetry

The drums are booming
as the violins chanting,
the clouds are passing,
as there's poetry everywhere,
like guitars ringing,
and the pianos are tingling
as someone's singing
as ocean is sprinkling
and waves are passing
to the soft warm dry sand,
it is so yellow
like dandelion that it
reflects like the sun.
