Workers prepare buoys to be used in the cleanup of oil from Pearl Harbor waters after a 25,000-gallon leak from a Chevron pipeline near Hawaiian Electric Co.'s Waiau power plant. The cleanup was continuing today, closing the USS Arizona Memorial for the third straight day. Several hundred workers are working to corral and salvage the heavy dark fuel oil, which oozed from a Tuesday break in a 23-mile pipeline that Chevron Industries uses to supply Heco's Waiau plant.
