Dead transistor batteries can
go out with the trash

Question: How can we dispose of dead transistor batteries? They are little ones but they have been piling up on me since I didn't know what to do with them.

Answer: You can put those little transistor batteries from your radio in the bag or other container with your trash, according to the city refuse department. If you've been saving them a long time and the amount you have is heavy, put some in the trash each collection day for a few times. That way, you won't break the back of your refuse collector.
