Edith T.L. Aho of Honolulu died April 23 in Honolulu.

Aho, 71, was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by husband William; sons William Aho II, James Fujita and William, Michael, Thomas and Robert Gearon; daughter Patricia Book; sister Mildred Miller; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service: 9 a.m. April 26 at Oahu Cemetery Chapel.

Albert H. Anguay of Haleiwa died April 2 in Wahiawa Hospital.

Anguay, 58, was born in Kahuku. He is survived by brothers William, Conrad, Thomas and Villamor; and sisters Rosie Delos Santos and Nina Parco.

Lewis M. "Keke" Aweau of Wahiawa died April 16 in Wahiawa.

Aweau, 65, was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elaine; sons Eldean Kukahiko and Eugene, Lewis "Willie" Jr. and Irwin Aweau; brothers Larry, Clarence, Paul, James, Rawlins and Arthur; sisters Miriam Young, Mary Akui, Alice Flores, Victoria Turalde, Audrey Loo, Shirley Camara and Gloria Agres; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Gertrude S. Cardoza of Kahului, head housekeeper at the Maui Palms, died April 23 in Kahului.

Cardoza, 86, was born in Lisbon, Portugal. She is survived by son Skippy; daughters Marianne Cordeiro, Geraldine Fernandez and Toni Teeter; brothers Frank, Ernest and Joseph Silva; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Yukie Goto of Puako, Hawaii, a retired housekeeper, died April 20 at home.

Goto, 82, was born in Kona. She is survived by son Thomas I.; brothers Yoshio, Stanley, Ralph, Gilbert and Gary Fukumitsu; sisters Kikue Komo, Matsue Hidano and Sumie Sonoda; and three grandchildren.

Service: 2 p.m. April 27 at Kamuela Hongwanji Mission.

Alice W. Ho of Honolulu, who died April 21 in St. Francis Hospital, will be buried at Nuuanu Memorial Park.

Briginio C. Lastimosa of Lanai City died April 21 in Lanai Community Hospital.

Lastimosa, 58, was born in the Philippines.

He is survived by wife Lolita; sons Bradley, Jason and Virgielito; daughter Melody; brother Bryan; sisters Leonida Quiocho and Teresita Bedar; and a grandson.

Carl E. Ramsey of Milolii Beach Lots, Kona, a U.S. Air Force veteran, died April 20 in Kona Community Hospital.

He retired from Madison Silo as a construction worker and truck driver.

Ramsey, 67, was born in Huntington County, Ind. He is survived by wife Mary Lou; sons Carl Jr. and Alex W.; brothers Orville and Don; sisters Nedra Hoover and Vickie Kissinger; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Memorial service: noon to 4 p.m. April 27 at Mary Lou Ramsey's home, Akahi Avenue. Scattering of ashes at sea.

Raymond Y. Soong of Honolulu, who died April 15 in San Jose, Calif., is survived by brother James W.S. Soong and sister Helen Pang. Additional information was provided by the mortuary.

Cole S. Takayesu of Hilo, who was lost at sea March 16 off of the Big Island, will be remembered in services April 27.

Takayesu, 23, a clerk at the Prince Kuhio Longs Drug Store, was born in Hilo. He is survived by parents Harry and Janice; brother Josh; grandparents Isidro and Tokiye Ibarra; and great-grandmother Francisca Pableo.

Sadaji Ushiro of Wailuku died April 23 in Maui Memorial Hospital.

Ushiro, 80, was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Nancy; son Leslie; daughters Sharon and Alyce; brothers Katsumi, Kiyoshi, Shigeo and Keiji; sisters Misayo Murata and Setsuyo Munemitsu; and two grandchildren.

Curt J. Yacapin of Nanakuli died April 22 in Queen's Hospital.

Yacapin, 30, was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Shyann L.; parents Sampson and Annie Kaawa and Irenio and Julie Yacapin; brothers Carlson and Charles Yacapin and Sampson Jr., James and Malcolm Kaawa and Charles and Blain Martin; sisters Cheryl Yacapin, Bernadine McShane, Belinda Palakiko, Sherldeen Kaawa and Julie Martin; and grandmothers Violet Cruz and Margaret Lake.
