The Abyss
An oil-rig crew based on the ocean floor is sent on a perilous mission to rescue a sunken nuclear sub. Director James Cameron's futuristic adventure won an Oscar for visual effects. Border Incident
Tension-packed, violent story of U.S. agents cracking down on wetback smuggling along the Texas-Mexico border. With Ricardo Montalban, George Murphy, Howard da Silva and Teresa Celli. Boudu Saved from Drowning
Michel Simon gives the performance of a lifetime as a tramp rescued from the Seine. Taken home by a well-meaning book dealer, the tramp eventually takes over the household. Director Jean Renoir's 1932 film was remade in 1986 as "Down and Out in Beverly Hills," with Nick Nolte and Richard Dreyfuss. At 6 and 8 p.m. Monday; $5. (Unrated) Theater: Movie Museum

The Mouse on the Moon
Hilarious sequel to "The Mouse That Roared" has the tiny country entering the space race. Margaret Rutherford plays the befuddled Grand Duchess, with a cast that includes Ron Moody, Terry-Thomas and Michael Crawford. At 8 p.m. Friday and at 3, 5:30 and 8 p.m. Sunday; $5. The Mouse That Roared
A tiny country - the Duchy of Grand Fenwick - declares war on the United States. Story is based on Leonard Wibberley's satiric novel. Peter Sellers stars in three roles, accompanied by Jean Seberg, David Kossoff and Leo McKern. At 3, 5:30 and 8 p.m. Saturday; $5. (Unrated) Theater: Movie Museum

Raw Deal
Dennis O'Keefe, framed by slimy, sadistic Raymond Burr, escapes from jail to take his revenge. Hard-boiled 1948 tale also stars Claire Trevor, Marsha Hunt and John Ireland. Part of "Noir Nights," an April film series focusing on lesser known examples of the dark, fatalistic crime movies of the 1940s and '50s, at UH-Manoa's Krauss Hall. Morgan Freeman's Lt. Somerset is one of the screen's more memorable sleuths, teaming up with Brad Pitt's gung-ho Detective David Mills to track a serial killer brutally murdering his victims according to the seven deadly sins.
