Stuffs

Ho, shame, eh?

A cold Big Island morning,
a warm futon and ... ooops

Getting to know your fiance's relatives can be uncomfortable at times as reader Glenn Ihori discovered.

Then again, there's such a thing as too close for comfort. Here's how he tells his Making A story:

"I flew over to the Big Island for a first-time weekend stay at my future in-laws' home. Now, the Big Island gets a little colder than Oahu sometimes and this one particular morning was a 'futon over the head in the bed' type of morning.

Anyway, upon hearing the in-laws (mom & dad) leave for work, I thought I'd walk down the long hallway and surprise my fiance, mind you, all in innocence because the rest of her siblings were still at home.

So I quietly opened her bedroom door to see her still under the futon sleeping (perfect!), so I jumped on the bed and started to whisper sweet nothings in her ear.

The normal reaction occurred of course, giggling, then a sudden outburst of uncontrollable laughter started and I pulled down the futon ... AHHHH ... her younger sister!!!"
